the villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet area but still within a short drive to the beach and marina. There were plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby. the heated swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the maintenance staff quickly fixed any issues we had. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

The pool was a good size and well-heated, perfect for a Christmas getaway. the location was great, with easy access to local supermarkets, dining options, and beaches.

The stray cats in the area may bother some guests. The kitchen work surfaces had a few small bugs, although they were easily cleaned.

This was our 4th stay at these lovely villas in Playa Blanca. We love the privacy of our own villa with a garden and pool, away from the tourist areas. It truly feels like a home away from home, with WiFi, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, off-road parking, and a safe. The maid and pool guy came midweek to ensure everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the front, and Angelica was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The villa was spotless. Tea/Coffee sachets were provided. Towels changed and villa cleaned once a week. A/C in lounge and bedroom. Excellent pool and sun terrace. Quiet and peaceful location. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Well-maintained and appointed villa with all necessary equipment. Secluded pool area. Remote beaches for snorkeling nearby.

The private villa was well laid out, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was great for cooling off, and the large terrace allowed us to catch the sun until sunset. The villa's location was perfect, only a short walk from the main promenade and beach, with a wide selection of restaurants. We also enjoyed the easy walk to Marina Rubicon, a lovely area. Hiring a car through AutoReisen was a brilliant choice, allowing us to explore more of Playa Blanca. Super Dino was a great supermarket, offering fresh meat for BBQ. a quiet and relaxing holiday with excellent facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at Villas Susaeta. The villa was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool was amazing, and the welcome pack provided was perfect for our late arrival. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and surrounding area which was clean, modern, and safe. The staff, especially Rosi and Yolanda, were very helpful and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Villas Susaeta for a wonderful family holiday.

Comfy beds, spacious and private for 4 people. Supply of dishwasher and laundry tablets. Fantastic cleaning service halfway through the stay. Great quiet location within walking distance. Heated pool was a big plus. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the villa is great, with several beaches just a short drive away. The house itself is well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, keeping the place spotless and even leaving a kind welcome message.

The master bedroom bed was too hard for my liking.

We loved the quiet and peaceful location of the villa, perfect for old people like us. The staff were incredibly helpful and the villa was very clean and comfortable. The private pool was excellent, and the towels and sheets were changed halfway through our stay. It was also convenient to have basic UK channels on the TV and beach towels provided. a fantastic find!

We felt so much at home during our stay, we had no complaints at all.
