The breakfast provided at this bed and breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. I enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently located near both the beach and downtown area. This allowed for easy access to both relaxation and entertainment options.

I was disappointed by the lack of kitchen supplies in the unit. There were only a few wine glasses and a shortage of other glasses and cooking utensils.

We had an excellent experience at this luxurious hotel near the beach. The location was perfect - just a short walk to restaurants and shops, and only 200 ft from the beach. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the amazing bed in our room. Plus, the daily breakfast spoiled us with its delicious offerings. The quality of service provided by Deborah, the innkeeper, was beyond our expectations. Her southern hospitality made us feel right at home. This will definitely be our new "base camp" when visiting this area. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink upon arrival, which made us feel so welcome and appreciated. The amenities in the room were excellent, including the heating and air conditioning. It was great to have a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The room also had a spacious dressing area and patio with comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV had a wide range of cable channels for our entertainment. We also appreciated having outdoor dining areas and picnic tables available for our use. And let's not forget the delicious free breakfast that kept us full throughout the day!

The beachfront balcony offered a nice view. Easy beach access with an outdoor shower. Furniture was clean and new. The staff, especially the breakfast lady and night receptionist, were welcoming. Lynn Becker was a delightful hostess.

During our stay at Desoto Beach Bed & Breakfast, I had a fantastic encounter with Lynn, the innkeeper. Furthermore, the B&B's proximity to the beach, just a 30-second walk away, was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and fantastic location.

Our 2nd floor terrace had ample space for the four of us, with a cute and comfortable beachy vibe. Breakfast outside was a breeze, and the quick walk to the beautiful sunrise-view beach was a bonus. The balcony offered a partial ocean view, along with easy access to the beach and an outdoor shower. Acceptably clean, new furniture added to the experience. Large porch with plenty of comfy seating and spacious rooms made it feel like home. The terrace was clean and provided plenty of room for both adults and children to enjoy.
