I loved staying here because it was in the right neighbourhood with lots of food options and close to the center of town. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, even offering me an early check-in and late check-out to fit my travel plans. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed, including a comfy bed and nice little extras like free nespresso coffee. The breakfast was amazing with so many different options and a good mix of healthy and indulgent choices.

I found it extremely convenient to be in the center of everything, without actually being in the hustle and bustle. The room I booked, a deluxe with a window, was surprisingly quiet, considering I am a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I was transferred to a larger room when available. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the mini-bar. the comfort and convenience of this place made my stay in Madrid enjoyable and stress-free.

We had a great stay at Vincci Centrum. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre. the building façade was impressive and the lobby layout was well done. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and even offered to charge my phone when I needed it. the room was decent, with a comfortable bed for a relaxing night. the hotel also offered a good deal for late check-out.
