It was situated on a quieter street, away from the crowds, but still in the center of the old city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room facing the street was noisy, which affected the quality of my sleep. the housekeeping team lacked attention to detail and the room wasn't properly cleaned throughout my stay.

As youngsters, we loved the plush and luxurious bed in our room. The central location near Puerta del Sol subway was incredibly convenient. The service from the front desk and concierge was excellent, and the entire team shared a service ethic. The lobby bar was great for cocktails and food. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore all of Madrid's major attractions.

We felt spoilt, as the staff anticipated our needs and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
