The quality of the food was excellent, with lots of healthy choices. The room was very spacious, with a separate lounge and kitchen, and a large balcony. The hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, were great. Parking was easy to find on the road just outside the hotel. The location was quiet and relaxing, and it was a good 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment at Vitalclass Lanzarote Resort. It had separate living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The three-story layout with open-air pools added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the resort. The food options were impressive, with a mix of international and local dishes. We enjoyed trying out the goat stew and rabbit, a unique experience. The hotel staff, especially those around the pool area, were friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, even organizing fun activities like petanque and archery. Despite being situated on the edge of town, it was only a short walk to the seafront and a little further to reach the center of town.

The internet access was lacking, and we wished it was more readily available. Additionally, there were some refurbishments needed in certain areas of the hotel, such as the rooms and bar area.

The food, especially the fish options, was amazing and the all-inclusive drinks were top-notch. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I also appreciated the relaxing spa and well-equipped gym that were included in the package. The walk to the center of town was pleasant and taxis were readily available. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Good sized accommodation with comfortable beds. Enough sun loungers by the pool. The restaurant is a good size and the staff are friendly and attentive. Short walk to bars, restaurants, and a lovely promenade. Upgrading to a hot tub suite is worth it for a small fee. Accommodating staff made the holiday enjoyable.

We recently spent our Easter break at a resort in Lanzarote and had a fantastic time. The resort had spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a family with kids. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the food, with dishes cooked to perfection. The pools were fantastic, especially the baby pool, and we never had to worry about finding sunbeds. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly the lifeguard and the kids club team. The location was great, with shops and a water park just a short taxi ride away. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel offered a range of services such as car hire, bicycle hire, and even a free taxi service into town. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a balcony or terrace. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of choices. the hotel provided excellent customer service and great value for money.

The hotel's pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun loungers to relax, there was also a beautiful garden for an enjoyable stroll. the hotel's location was excellent for exploring the surrounding areas, with many local attractions within easy reach.

We found the food options to be quite limited during the Easter period, with some of the dishes not meeting our expectations.
