The concierge chief, Mr Yasser Yassin, was exceptionally helpful with resolving my airline ticket issue, showcasing true professionalism.

The quality of breakfast could use improvement as the variety seemed limited and the overall selection did not meet expectations.

Honestly, the breakfasts were a total winner—so many options! And hats off to Aslam, the bell captain. he really made things easy for us with tours. Super spacious room with a killer sea view, made for a lekker stay!

Only little annoyance was the air con wasn't strong enough, but we just opened the balcony door at night.

the wait at check-in was painfully slow and old-fashioned, almost like I had traveled back in time. then, the air conditioning was a chilly 21.5c, completely uncomfortable. plus, I expected a complimentary gesture for my trouble, but clearly that’s just for favored guests. I almost gave a good review, but truly couldn't, just disgraceful.

I stayed for 5 nights with my family. The staff was super friendly, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, but man, the room was kinda dated. We had some comfort issues with the air conditioning. Still, everyone was helpful in sorting out our needs, which made it better.

Request a room on a non-smoking floor upon check-in to ensure a pleasant stay, especially during peak busy seasons with varied guest preferences.

the hotel staff were super friendly and treated us like family, especially the dudes at the concierge who helped us out with everything we needed. the breakfast had lots of options, and we really liked the cozy vibe of the place. we got an upgrade to a suite with a view, which was just amazin! the location is perfect too, right near the water and restaurants. overall, our stay was lit!

but the rooms felt kinda dated, and i wish the air conditioning was better. also, the long wait at check-in was a bit annoying.

Had a great experience during my three-night stay! The staff was attentive, and I loved the ample breakfast options. One tip, make sure to visit the outdoor pool area for a relaxing afternoon. The spacious room, though slightly dated, was well-equipped and comfortable for a solo traveler.

The staff here treated my family and me like royalty, especially the team at the club lounge, which made our stay unforgettable. We really enjoyed our time snorkeling in Obhur. it was a fantastic experience for my two sons.

For dads, it would be great if the kids’ menu had more variety.
