The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always clean. the location was perfect, close to the city center and the metro station. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including traditional foods.

The pool was much smaller than expected and the pictures were misleading. Also, the television had bad connection for certain channels, and the toilet paper was not replenished after the first cleaning visit.

Upgraded to a superior room on check-in. The room was great - comfortable bed, good high-pressure shower, and spacious. The extensive buffet breakfast was excellent value for money. The location is fantastic - just a ten-minute walk to Plaça Catalonia and La Rambla, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. As a welcome bonus, we were given vouchers for a free drink at the bar. a fantastic stay with great amenities.

the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed trying some Spanish specialties like fuet, cheese, and grilled vegetables. the room size for our family was also very good and the kids didn't have any complaints about the sofa bed.
