Front desk team, especially Younis, provided outstanding guest service. Sanaa and Affaf from reception staff were professional, kind, and friendly. Well-appointed hotel with attention to detail. Staff were professional, friendly, and caring with excellent customer service. Community & Guest Relations Manager, Marian Khaldouni, made the stay special with considerate touches.

I had an incredible stay at Kenzi Tower. The room I had was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the city. The staff at the reception were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The highlight of my stay was the top floor bar, where I was able to enjoy a mesmerizing view of the city after dark. The food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The free bottle of wine in the room was a lovely touch. Despite a minor issue with the tea and coffee supply in the room, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms, stunning views, and excellent dining options. I had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Kenzi Tower.

Exceptional service from the staff, especially Kadili Fatiha and Zakia. They went above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten bag with important documents and made the stay perfect.

We recently stayed in a large, modern hotel in a safe neighborhood, right in the city center. The location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance of a synagogue and close to beautiful Casablanca downtown. Our room had a breathtaking view of the city and the coast. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room itself was nice and comfortable. The hotel also provided free WiFi and had a card-key system for room entry.

The breakfast was a bit expensive considering the price of the room.

During our recent stay at the Kenzi Tower Hotel, we were amazed by the stunning views of the city from the 28th floor. It was a breathtaking sight that truly made our stay memorable. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and abundance of pillows. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered a great view as well. Although there were some minor inconveniences like a strange smell in the hall and a need for room updating, overall I'll recommend this hotel for its impressive views and friendly service.

Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the hotel staff provided excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi exceeded our expectations. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the steam room. the temperature could have been slightly higher.

The hotel's location was perfect with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom, with a bathtub and rain shower head. the hospitality of the staff was top-notch and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the gym had a lot to offer.

The service in the Skybar was occasionally slow with mistakes made or orders forgotten. the pool had a strong sulfur smell which made swimming uncomfortable, despite its cleanliness.
