Great Easter getaway! the room was spacious and comfortable, with super comfy beds. the service provided by the staff was friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to our stay. the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and a vibrant neighborhood right next door. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the beautiful La Rotonda restaurant, with its stunning stained glass rotunda. a wonderful experience!

There were a few downsides. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel.

I recently stayed at a centrally-located hotel in Madrid for a few days. The Westin Palace, Madrid surpassed my expectations with its luxurious rooms and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's stunning decor, particularly the magnificent rotunda dome, was a sight to behold. The location, just across from the Prada Museum, couldn't be better, and the view of the fountain from room 235 was absolutely beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, especially for visiting the three art galleries and taking the see Madrid bus. It is conveniently located across from a beautiful park, the famous Prado art gallery, and the charming old part of town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely lobby and breakfast room that had an elegant and old-world charm. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and everything was in perfect condition. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Aitor the concierge who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes.

Couldn't stay longer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also large and having a separate toilet was a definite plus. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many major attractions and great local restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, being near the beautiful Retiro park added to the peacefulness of the area.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel had beautiful, grand architecture that immediately caught my attention. the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby museums and attractions. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities.

I found the prices at the hotel restaurant to be exorbitantly high. It was not worth paying such high prices for a meal when there were plenty of other dining options within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Palace. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, and our room was spacious and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and they even surprised us with champagne for my husband's birthday. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We would definitely return to this beautiful hotel if we find ourselves in the city again.

The Westin Palace was an absolutely wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action in Madrid. I loved being just a short walk away from all the best sights like the Prado and Puerta del Sol. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with double sinks in the bathroom. The hotel lobby with its breathtaking chandelier and the hidden rooftop terrace in the fitness center were the highlights for me. The concierge staff were especially helpful with restaurant reservations and sightseeing recommendations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the iconic Palace hotel for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed, making for a perfect stay. The sushi at the Green Tea Cocktail Bar was excellent, and the drinks and cocktails were reasonably priced. The staff, especially Marta on reception, were polite, helpful and attentive. The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, and the breakfast staff were fantastic.
