The value for money was great; we got a superlative executive suite with the best view of Madrid's center. The location was excellent and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast selection could have been better; the sausages and mushrooms were of poor quality.

Great Easter getaway! the room was spacious and comfortable, with super comfy beds. the service provided by the staff was friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to our stay. the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and a vibrant neighborhood right next door. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the beautiful La Rotonda restaurant, with its stunning stained glass rotunda. a wonderful experience!

It is conveniently located across from a beautiful park, the famous Prado art gallery, and the charming old part of town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely lobby and breakfast room that had an elegant and old-world charm. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and everything was in perfect condition. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Aitor the concierge who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many major attractions and great local restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, being near the beautiful Retiro park added to the peacefulness of the area.

I found the prices at the hotel restaurant to be exorbitantly high. It was not worth paying such high prices for a meal when there were plenty of other dining options within walking distance.

Over Easter went to a hotel that offered a good breakfast selection and a gym, which was a plus since most places were closed. the location was convenient, everything was walking distance and there were many food options around. the staff was friendly and polite.

The room, though neat, lacked the basic amenities like a kettle, tea, and coffee mugs. the room was expensive and not good value for money considering the missing amenities.
