We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the fresh fruit and cookies offered during check-in. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially want to express our gratitude to Trent, who provided exceptional service and kindness during a difficult moment for us. The hotel offered convenient free shuttle service to both Mt. Vernon and the Metro, making it easy for us to explore the area. The location was perfect for visiting George Washington's Home at Mt. Vernon, being very close to it.

This hotel is conveniently located near shops on Richmond Highway and the mall. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with standard amenities like a pool and exercise room. The staff was accommodating, and breakfast was adequate.

They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. the location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to the main gate of the Army Geospatial Center. This made it easy for me to get to my business meetings without much hassle. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that I was not completely satisfied with. the breakfast hot water was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location on Richmond Highway was perfect for our needs. The staff provided exceptional service, including the room service and housekeeping. We loved the free toiletries and the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The sitting area was comfortable and we appreciated having a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the facilities such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and business centre were top-notch, and the on-site car park made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The staff are attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great, with easy access to shopping and eating options. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, making for a quiet and pleasant stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to extend the breakfast hours until at least 10:30 am.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites for 2 nights and I was very happy with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bed was made and the bathroom was cleaned when I returned after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, make-your-own waffles. I also loved the fresh baked cookies in the evenings. I had a great experience.
