Perfect location for wandering around! Lift was a lifesaver, and the espresso machine for just 1 euro? Yes, please! Loved the daily bed-making and the helpful little app they provided.

The bathroom was a tad cramped—big bags and narrow spaces do not mix! And, let's just say the soundproofing could use a bit of wine brought in to help it relax.

Room was a bit cramped and noisy, but the staff were super helpful and the daily housekeeping kept it tidy. Chur for that!

We absolutely love the location! Everything we need is within walking distance, like amazing cafes, bars, and the vibrant nightlife hotspots. The staff is also incredibly helpful, giving us a guided app to make the most of our stay.

The only downside was the elevator being out of service during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

absolutely did not expect a cramped room with noise from the streets. That darling concierge who seems to think shouting is the same as talking. i almost wrote a good review but i can’t believe i received no room upgrade or even a free drink to compensate for the chaos. very disappointing, to say the least.

Confusing entry process, particularly being located on the upper floors of a residential building!!! Family rooms on the second floor lack soundproofing, making for restless weekends!!! Consider improving privacy for guests by managing external noise better!!!

the entrance looked a bit worn. but everything else was great, especially the welcoming staff who helped me with directions. the high-speed internet was a big plus, and i loved the cozy common area to chat with other guests.

Nothing I didn't like.

It was just a good match for a stopover in Madrid with the best value for money ratio. The staff helped me with my luggage when I had an issue with the electric lock, which was a nice touch. Make sure to ask about the best entry access before arriving to avoid confusion.

We had such a cozy time in our junior suite with a balcony, totally loved the super comfortable bed and how clean everything was! On our second night, we kicked back and enjoyed a nice drink on the balcony and got in a little relaxation time with some Netflix. The only downside was the entrance looking a bit worn, but it added character, so it didn't bother us much. 😊
