Nothing it was perfect.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a very modern wet room shower. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted us with scooter rental, provided a kettle for our room, and even tried to help us alter our train tickets. We felt like family and they took care of all our needs. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and served at our preferred time. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Ella Town and attractions. I would highly recommend staying at 4 Aces for a friendly and comfortable experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the superb staff who were always helpful and provided us with great tips for our trips. The clean and comfortable rooms, along with the delicious and plentiful breakfast, made our stay even better. The amazing view of the mountains was a definite highlight. Location was also great. The room in 201 had A/C and eventually cooled down well. The view is unobstructed and the balcony is decently sized. The common area offers a great view. The location is a 5-minute drive from the railway station and main city/dining area. The Wi-Fi is available and there is excellent water pressure in the toilet, as well as hot water.

Although everything was great, there wasn't much of a scenic view around the hotel due to the nearby inns. However, this was a minor downside compared to all the positives.
