The driver that was arranged for us, Suresh, was amazing and made our transportation hassle-free. I highly recommend Hive 68 for a great stay in Negombo.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Negombo city in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing start to our Sri Lanka trip at Hive 68. Despite arriving at 4am, the staff were there waiting to welcome us in. the next morning, we enjoyed a simple but lovely breakfast. the staff couldn't have been more helpful, even going above and beyond by arranging a boat tour for us. It was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights, with clean rooms, a fan, AC, and friendly people. Definitely a great start to our trip!

Located right next to the canal, this hotel is conveniently situated in the center of the city. With its proximity to the bus station, it's the perfect base for exploring nearby destinations like Kandy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The staff is helpful and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Plus, the view from the balcony of the church and the locals coming back from their fishing trip is truly amazing.

The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a hot day. the breakfast offered a variety of options, from continental to local dishes, which I enjoyed. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to public transportation and local markets.

The room was not what I expected based on the pictures online. the bathroom was small and cramped, and the construction workers nearby were noisy and disruptive.
