I absolutely loved the cozy ambiance of the hotel's common areas, especially the charming little sitting area near the reception with the colorful cushions and beautiful plants. It felt so inviting and comfortable for us senior people to relax and chat. the hotel's easy accessibility, with no steep stairs and wide hallways, made it a breeze for me to move around independently without any hassle.

The staff at the hotel were available late to check us in, which was helpful. Despite insects in the room and an uncomfortable morning wake-up call, the slightly far location from town was quiet and peaceful. The luxurious room with great aircon, wifi, and comfy bed made for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was moldy, dirty, and noisy, but the kind staff and lovely location at 49 Ella made up for it. A bit of a walk from the center, but worth it for the tranquility.

The only drawback might be the challenging location for drivers, navigating steep hills and narrow roads. But the treasure at the end of the journey makes it all worth it!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

That the hotel was a bit further away from the town center than we expected, making it less convenient to walk, especially with young children. Tuk-tuks were needed to get around, which added to the transportation costs.
