We stayed at this luxurious hotel for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. The staff members were incredibly supportive and friendly, especially the front door security personnel and concierge team. Upon arrival, Dharshani guided us to our room and explained all the services and facilities available in a professional and courteous manner. The breakfast service provided by Krishnan and the bar team stood out during our stay. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with amenities like the lake, park, and waterfall within walking distance.

The only downside we experienced was the valet parking service and security. However, everything else was fantastic, including the staff's exceptional service and the delicious variety of food offered.

The washrooms were also clean and well-stocked with toiletries. I especially enjoyed the option to choose from a variety of soothing music channels in the room.

Although the swimming pool was indoor and pre-heated, I personally felt that the water could have been a bit warmer. However, the only downside was that the staff at the swimming pool didn't seem very friendly and were not very accommodating when we asked for assistance.

We had an amazing time at this place! The staff here were beyond excellent, always attentive and very helpful. Thilini in particular provided us with great suggestions for places to visit, keeping in mind our 9 year old daughter. The homely atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the commitment to our safety during these uncertain times was very reassuring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
