I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and looked after. They were incredibly helpful, even arranging taxis for me during a busy time in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool facing a stunning lagoon. I enjoyed soaking up the sun on the pool beds, and the atmosphere was tranquil and serene. The room was modern and comfortable, with a large bed that provided the most peaceful sleep I've ever had. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything was spotless. Additionally, the location was perfect for airport transit, as it was very close to the airport.

Despite a few minor issues, such as the shower room being open to the sky and the towel hooks being outside, we found our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had a great city getaway at this hotel! the villa-style layout was a highlight, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious experience offering a great selection of local and English dishes. Plus, the outstanding view from the pool was amazing and made our stay even better.

The descriptions were misleading, and we had poor service from the front desk manager who took over 20 minutes to check us in. Our room was prepared for two guests instead of the family of four we booked, and it required constant communication with the manager to receive room service.

The hotel provided top-notch service with exclusive amenities including a remarkable spa, relaxing sauna, and soothing massage. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool overlooking the beautiful garden before basking in the sun on the terrace. the treatment rooms and beauty services were of high quality creating an opulent atmosphere that met our luxurious needs.

Although we had an overall great experience here, the lack of clear information regarding the shut spa and airport shuttle left us feeling frustrated. the staff was willing to book us a taxi, making our transportation arrangements effortless.
