The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service to all guests. The hotel has great facilities, including a spa and a small gym. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of food options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and air conditioning that works well.

The bathroom in some rooms needs refurbishment and maintenance, with issues like stained toilets and mouldy grouting in the shower.

Beautiful beach and friendly staff. the ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking and the sunsets were fantastic. the hotel location was perfect for a romantic escape, with lots of privacy and seclusion. the restaurant had a good variety of food and the prices were reasonable.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. the room was not as clean as expected and had a musty smell.

The reception team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, despite the hotel being full and having demanding guests. The New Year’s event team also deserves a special mention for their excellent organization. The hotel’s breathtaking location, with rooms overlooking the sea, provided us with the most amazing views, especially during sunrise. The restaurant, with its wide variety of breakfast options, was a delight, and the staff was always ready to explain the local cuisine in detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I had an incredible time and would definitely return to Dickwella Resort And Spa in the future.

This hotel has a luxurious and exclusive Spa and wellness centre, perfect for a relaxing vacation. the Swimming pool and Beach access are also top-notch, with comfortable sun loungers and a well-kept Sun terrace. the Garden area makes for a peaceful stroll and the live entertainment is an enjoyable bonus. the Restaurant offers delicious food, including Special diet menus, and the private facilities are excellent.

The only minor issue was the lack of Beach umbrellas, which can be a problem on hot days. this venue fulfilled all our luxurious needs and provided a wonderful experience.
