We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. They even printed something for us when we needed it. The room and bathroom were very good, with a spacious and great shower. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for us, as it was right in the town centre and also convenient for traveling by ferry to the Isle of Wight.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was comfortable and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Ennios Boutique in Southampton for my wedding night, and it was perfect! The room was ready early, and we were lucky to be upgraded. The staff were super friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, and having robes and slippers was a nice bonus. The breakfast, cooked to order, was amazing, especially the black pudding. The Italian restaurant below was a great addition, with delicious cuisine and comfortable surroundings. a fabulous hotel with high-quality rooms and excellent service.

I had the pleasure of staying at a historic building with a modern theme. The lovely interiors and individual furnishings in each room made it a unique experience. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom had a double-sized shower, which was a great luxury. The full English breakfast was excellent, especially the individually served fruit salad in Kilner jars. The staff were friendly and very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel by the old walls and ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and found a safe storage for our bikes. The room was pleasant with a good shower, comfortable bed, and necessary air conditioning. The breakfast at the popular restaurant was good.

Stayed here for New Year's and had a fantastic time. the location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. the room and bathroom were really comfortable and gave us the chance to enjoy a good night's rest after enjoying the city. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, and the well-functioning Wi-Fi.

That there was no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. But overall, it was a great experience, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome the whole time.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of the shopping center and cruise terminals. the staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like soap, shampoo, and complimentary water. I also enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility issues. the stairs to the rooms were difficult to navigate, especially if you had multiple bags.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. the hotel's location by the sea provided lovely views from the windows. the hotel was conveniently located near the ferry port, making it easy to access transportation to nearby destinations.

The service at the hotel was inconsistent. While one staff member was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to resolve issues, another staff member went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

I also loved the lovely Bar/ Lounge area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location advantages were also great – the hotel was close to the ferry terminal, making it very convenient.

My only minor issue was that the windows couldn't open. However, this did not significantly affect my overall satisfaction.
