I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel located near a swimming beach and on a safari of the Yala National Park. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms offered a lovely balcony with ocean views. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet was huge and delicious. The hotel also had a huge swimming pool, a well-appointed gym, and wild boars and monkeys on the property.

The hotel lacked the special customer service of smaller accommodations.

Breathtaking views from our room and stunning pool area. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and witnessing wild animals near the pool during our swim. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious options. highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay we had! the location is spot on, with stunning views of the surrounding area. the amenities are absolutely outstanding, with two free tours included that we really enjoyed. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was brilliant with all the mod cons, including air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the magnificent scenery.

The hotel is quite spread out, with lots of stairs and ramps, so not ideal if you have difficulty with mobility. we found the check-in process a bit slow as there is only one reception desk, but this was quickly forgotten after we saw the amazing views from our room.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities for its guests. the outdoor swimming pool is huge and perfect for relaxing. the beach access is a plus, with beachfront services such as beach umbrellas available. the restaurant serves delicious food with great in-room breakfast options. the bar/lounge area has an amazing atmosphere with a snack bar available for light bites. Private facilities in the rooms add an extra touch of luxury to the stay.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be better, but this was a minor issue and the staff did their best to help. the service at the hotel is amazing with helpful staff always ready to assist.

It was frustrating not receiving prompt responses or updates. it would have been nice if the hotel had organized local entertainment or promoted local crafts, to add to the authentic cultural experience.

We booked here last minute and were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Jetwing. The staff were amazing, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-designed rooms and luxurious furnishings. The main pool is massive and has a swim-up bar, which was a huge plus. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away and we loved the secluded, idyllic atmosphere. The wildlife was a highlight, with monkeys, boars, and lizards adding to the natural charm of the place.
