As a local, staying at Northgate felt like a home away from home for my family. The hotel offers all the comforts of a western hotel at a fraction of the cost. The food, especially the Jaffna specialties, tasted like homemade meals. The staff, particularly Shalu at the front office and Kukulan at the restaurant, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's location near the train station and town provided convenience, while the peaceful and quiet atmosphere allowed for a relaxing stay. The clean, spacious rooms with balconies were well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning. The restaurant served delicious food at great value, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Jetwing Northgate exceeded our expectations, and I am now a loyal customer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel situated right in the centre of town. It was so convenient being near the station, as it made travelling around the area a breeze. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed, air conditioning, and in-room safe made me feel right at home. I also loved having a mini-bar and a sitting area to relax in after a long day of exploring.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
