We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hillside hotel. The location provided stunning views of the surrounding area and the beach, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool area was a highlight, offering a beautiful setting to relax and take in the breathtaking views. this place exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location is perfect, offering stunning views over the bay and allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the lush gardens. We were close enough to the beach to have a leisurely stroll, but far enough to avoid the noisy nightlife. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our cravings. We loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning.

We did feel slightly overlooked at times, as some guests seemed to receive more attention than others.

During my recent stay at Hotel Panorama, I was blown away by the breathtaking view from the top of the hill. The sight of the sea and beach while relaxing by the well-kept pool was simply amazing. The pool area provided ample space for both sunbathing and shade, and the comfortable sun loungers made it even better. The bungalows were meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was so captivated by the beauty of the surroundings that I decided to extend my stay for an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and well-maintained facilities.

Hotel Panorama Unawatuna is located in a perfect spot, close enough to the beach and restaurants, yet far enough to avoid the noisy nightlife. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good shower pressure. The staff is extremely friendly and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The breakfast is delicious and includes a variety of fruits. The hotel also provides facilities like a pool and sunbeds for relaxation.

Other hotels in the area provide free tours and transfers, which Hotel Panorama Unawatuna does not offer.

Lovely hillside location. Free tuk-tuk service. Clean and comfortable bungalow. Great breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful views, pool, and wildlife. Conveniently located near main spots.

Nothing could have been better.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning and added to the experience of the city trip. I also really appreciated the nice touch of having a pool towel offered for free. Additionally, the breakfast was consistent and provided the basic needs of toast and eggs in addition to fresh fruits.

The steep ramp to enter the property was not explained beforehand and the tuk-tuk service hours were limited. The lack of toiletries in the bathroom was also disappointing and added an extra expense of having to bring our own.

We had a fantastic stay at Panorama! the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and we were lucky to have WiFi access. the breakfast, especially the Sri Lankan option, was delicious. We enjoyed spending time by the lovely pool, which offered incredible views. the hotel's hillside location was peaceful, and the free tuk-tuk service made getting around easy. Panorama was a gem of a hotel run by a lovely lady from Switzerland.
