Delicious food and friendly staff. the breakfast had a good selection of both Sri Lankan and western foods, which was a nice surprise. the location was also great, with easy access to all the main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.

The cleanliness of our room was not up to par. the bathroom was not very well-maintained and there were a few bugs in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his family were incredibly nice and made me feel very welcome. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the Cingalaise meals, which were authentic and delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to the Mihintale scenic area and other tourist sights in the neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with new air conditioning and comfortable king-size beds. I also appreciated the chairs on the veranda, where I could relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast provided was generous and had a mix of both Western and Sri Lankan foods, along with fresh fruit.

Everything was perfect and I couldn't ask for anything more.
