My purpose for visiting Sinharaja Forest was to explore its beauty, and my stay at Sinharaja Forest Edge was absolutely perfect for that. The location is superb, right at the edge of the rainforest. The owner went above and beyond to help me get there and made sure I had a tranquil experience. The highlight was the guided forest hike with Hemal, who was incredibly knowledgeable and had a talent for spotting animals. The clean and tidy rooms, beautiful garden, and delicious food at the restaurant made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also arranged a memorable night in the jungle and offered a refreshing swimming pool to relax in.

The value for money at Sinharaja Forest Edge was incredible! It felt like staying in a 5-star hotel in the middle of the jungle. The room was comfy and neat, with a comfortable bed and a very nice and clean bathroom. The location was amazing, right on the edge of the rainforest. It was so peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by the sounds of nature. The staff, especially the lady and her husband, were very friendly and accommodating. They even picked us up with their tuktuk from the nearby village-square-ish thingy because the road was really bad. The pool was also a nice addition, perfect for a refreshing dip.
