This hotel is situated in a beautiful area with amazing green hills as a backdrop. The staff really kindly welcomed us with a warm wet towel and refreshing juices. The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including freshly made pancakes. After finishing dinner, we enjoyed the hotel's excellent location not far from the city center and went for a stroll around the area.

The gym and spa facilities are small, which might not satisfy those who prefer a bigger space to exercise and relax.

The traditional Sri Lankan band at check-in was a lovely surprise and the view from the room was amazing. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the food buffet had a good range of options. The spa treatments were excellent value and the facilities including the infinity pool were spotless.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious with a huge balcony, offering an amazing view of the mountains around this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained gym with brand new equipment. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the dining room was perfect, allowing guests to enjoy a 180 degree view of the surrounding mountains.

The value for money at Golden Crown was incredible, with the Deluxe Rooms offering a fantastic experience. The staff treated us exceptionally well and the location was perfect for exploring the hill country.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service and catered to my every need. the spa and wellness centre was a highlight, with rejuvenating massages that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were both exceptional, as was the sun terrace and garden area.

The only minor issue was the lack of halal food options at the hotel. this did not detract from my overall experience as the staff was willing to accommodate my dietary needs and there were plenty of nearby restaurants that offered halal food.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our Christmas holiday. the staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a larger room and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. the location was also ideal, with breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. We also loved the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained.

They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the variety and quality of the food was excellent, with a buffet spread that had something for everyone. the hotel's location, slightly outside the city, provided a tranquil and serene environment, surrounded by lush green surroundings.

One of the downsides of this hotel was the outdated decor in the rooms. the carpets, especially in the rooms and the gym, were not to my liking and looked old-fashioned.
