I recently stayed at The Kingsbury for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, showing us to our room with our luggage in tow. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of delicious food options. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. I also appreciated the hotel's assistance in arranging train tickets for us. The Kingsbury exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. We enjoyed the proximity to the coast and the beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front office staff, Amila and Ajith, who were very interactive and accommodating. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and sky bar, were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring Colombo. The service around the pool is perfect and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is massive and the rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff in all areas of the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning service, are extremely helpful and nice. The whole experience at the hotel was excellent.

kingsbury colombo exceeded our expectations. loved the vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing room with a view of galle green and the ocean. the hotel even had a kiosk at the airport for convenient transportation.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Christmas-themed welcome drinks and chocolates. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The check-in process was tedious and took longer than expected. we noticed some discrepancies on our final bill.

Luxurious decor, grand hotel

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the amazing bed and the reasonable toiletries provided. the staff at the restaurant and kitchen were friendly and attentive to our needs. Additionally, the housekeeping staff paid attention to detail and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the hotel's location, which was conveniently located near the business district and close to Galle Face Beach and Dutch project.

We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. the communication from the staff was not clear, and there were issues with loud music and a stinking washroom.

We requested to change our high tea voucher to a cash voucher and the staff were accommodating and efficient in handling our request. The concierge team, especially Prianthya, went above and beyond to assist us and even recommended a reliable tuk tuk driver. The breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly. The rooms, gym, and pool were all lovely.

Conveniently located with nearby hotels. Accommodating staff provided early check-in, late check-out, and free airport pick-up. Popular Sky Bar and diverse dining options. Good food variety.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at a hotel in Colombo. The personalized attention from the staff was amazing, and the range of restaurants offered delicious food. The hotel had beautiful flowers everywhere, creating a lovely ambiance. The staff also went out of their way to help with any issues, including assisting with computer problems and providing a quick laundry service. The location was convenient, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was in Colombo for a week-long business trip and the hotel's central location made it convenient for me to access all city facilities. The staff, especially Priyantha and Rohitha from Guest Relations, were extremely kind and helpful during check-in. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the best part was the delicious hoppers made by Chef Jayasinghe. The shorteats at Churros Cafe were also exceptional, especially the Ribbon cake. Lastly, DJ Ishan at the Honey Club provided superb entertainment. Please keep him coming back!

Good buffet and traditional Sri Lankan food in the small restaurant. a satisfying experience with good facilities and helpful concierge service.
