Colonial-style with cozy rooms, inclusive toiletries. Excellent breakfast and accommodating early opening for day trip. Dinner was delicious in a nice ambiance with attentive service. Staff ensures a comfortable stay, taking feedback seriously. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it very convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. From the comfortable bed to the well-appointed bathroom, everything was of high quality. The hotel also offered great services like room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient.

Spent my Easter break at this cozy hotel and absolutely loved it! The staff were super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and cookies in the afternoon. The location was great, just a short walk to the nearby park and restaurant. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the fact that there was a small pool.

There were a couple of things that didn't meet my expectations. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked variety.

We absolutely loved the colonial charm of the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even opening the restaurant early for us one morning when we had an early day trip. The breakfasts were delicious, and we also enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. The attentive service and friendly staff made us feel right at home. Despite some minor drawbacks, we highly recommend staying at this lovely boutique hotel. a wonderful experience.

We were warmly greeted by the general manager, who throughout the stay was so very attentive and kind. We were greeted with a delicious pot of tea too! The hotel is fairly modern but with a lovely classic twist so it has character and the photos are true to how it looks. The place is clean and well kept. The top floor has a games room with a large snooker table and table football, there are also board games. The food is delicious, we used both room service and the restaurant. From the hotel, we walked to Victoria Park, Lake Gregory and then got a tuktuk to Pedro Tea estate for a tour and then visited the beautiful waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I had the best sleep in the Cherry Blossom room. We are very grateful to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
