my recent stay in unawatuna exceeded my expectations! urchin was a fantastic hostel - clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location near the beach and bars. rushira was incredibly helpful and even let us have a late checkout. will definitely return if i pass by unawatuna again!

I recently stayed at a fabulous place in Sri Lanka, and it couldn't have been any better! The hostel I stayed at was perfectly located just a short walk from the peaceful ocean and soft sands of a beautiful beach. It had all the amenities I needed, including a wine store, grocery shop, restaurants, and a fruit shop within a stone's throw. The manager, Ruchira, was incredibly helpful from day one, providing me with recommendations for food, travel. The hostel itself had a great vibe, with clean and comfortable rooms, a kitchenette, and a spacious terrace to relax on. it was the perfect place to stay and I can't wait to return on my next trip to Sri Lanka.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my recent stay at Urchin Unawatuna. The room and bed were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The amenities, such as the A/C and hot shower, were top-notch. The bathroom was spotless and everything felt brand new. The staff, Ronald and Chalana, were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach, a wine store, and a fruit market. I was so impressed with my experience that I ended up extending my stay for an additional four nights, making it a total of seven nights. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I felt completely at ease and had no complaints at all during my stay. Everything was absolutely perfect at Urchin Unawatuna.
