I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options, including halaal meals. I also appreciated the fact that there were three restaurants to choose from on the premises. The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it easy to forget that we were in the heart of the city. The hotel even had a boma, where we enjoyed a dinner with a great selection of African and international dishes, accompanied by live soft music. The mornings were a delight, with the soothing sounds of birds welcoming each day.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming and quick to assist. In my experience, they were extremely professional, warm, and accommodating. They clearly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade to one of their beautiful suites, which was generously offered. the suite was impeccable, spacious, and had a shower that was truly luxurious. the bathtub was stunning, and the water pressure was just perfect. the tranquil surroundings, delicious food, and the breathtaking view of the lake truly added to the charm of this hotel.

The initial room assignment process. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my room, and I was placed in a smaller, uncomfortable unit.

The glamorous Indaba Hotel charmed me with spacious, well-appointed rooms, bigger than the average hotel rooms, and were exceptionally clean to boot. the facilities provided were of a top-notch standard, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city.

I encountered a slight inconvenience during my stay at the Indaba Hotel - dropped an item on the floor and realized there was very little space under the beds, making it challenging to retrieve the item.

Welcoming staff, quick and helpful. Upgraded to beautiful suites. Spotless and spacious, fantasy-worthy shower and beautiful bathtub. Quiet facility, magical food, stunning lake view.

Had the best time during the holidays! the food was delicious and we even got complimentary drinks at the pool. the location is perfect for exploring the city and the staff was accommodating. the outdoor pool is beautifully designed and provided a great escape from the heat. the best part was the live band during Christmas Eve dinner, dancing along with other guests was so much fun.

The air conditioning was noisy and didn't work properly, it was either too hot or too cold. Some of the staff members were a bit slow in responding to our requests, but they were friendly and apologized for the delay.

The location was amazing, with a nature vibe that made it hard to believe we were in the city. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast with a wide variety of options. The pool area provided a great space to relax or even work outside, while the gym facilities were a bonus.

The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a variety of options. Guests can enjoy the relaxing pool area and the beautiful gardens. Plus, the hotel offers a lovely dining experience at the Chiefs Boma, with live entertainment. Lastly, the hotel's spa is a special treat for guests seeking relaxation.

The cleanliness of the external buildings and some garden areas could be improved.
