our stay at hlane royal national park villa was simply fantastic. from the comfortable and spacious roundel, to the outstanding tours where we actually saw hippos and rhinos, everything exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff, delicious meals, and rustic ambiance made our stay unforgettable. it was the perfect place for letting kids play safely and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the park.

Uncomfortable bed.

the cabin was lovely, with a huge and comfortable bed. The location was amazing, with hippos in the lake and the sound of lions at night. Being next to the main entrance was convenient. The national park offered great views and close encounters with rhinos and other animals. The staff was friendly and it was easy to reach by car.

Coffee packets in the room were limited.

We stayed at Hlane Royal National Park Villa for one night during our trip in South Africa. The location in Hlane Royal NP was absolutely beautiful and perfect for wildlife enthusiasts like us. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We booked the sunset and sunrise game drives, which were excellent. The waterhole next to the restaurant was a highlight, where we saw many animals. The absence of electricity added to the charm, with oil lamps and candles providing a cozy atmosphere. The dinner buffet offered decent food, and as vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the options available. this was one of the nicest rooms we had on our trip and a genuine and intense experience of Africa's fauna.

Would recommend this hotel.

It was a once in a lifetime experience. Watching elephants and hippos from our cottage's watering hole was amazing. the safari was affordable and awesome. We even got to see lions up close while they were eating their prey in the early morning. Our whole family, including the kids, absolutely loved it. the staff was also very helpful and accommodating when my daughter left her journal behind - they quickly mailed it back to us in the USA.

The rondel house we stayed in was beautiful and clean, creating a fantastic atmosphere. the location was superb, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and wildlife watching. the staff at the villa were kind, helpful, and very welcoming, making our stay perfect. We also had the opportunity to go on game drives with just a few people, enhancing the overall experience. Despite not having electricity, the room provided a comfortable and cozy stay, and we loved being able to hear the sounds of animals during the night. the price we paid for our stay was great value for money, and the coffee at the villa was really good. the on-site restaurant was not very expensive and offered delicious meals.

I had an amazing experience at Hlane Royal National Park Villa. the location was breathtaking, with a watering hole where we could watch animals like rhinos, elephants, and hippos. the cabin we stayed in was comfortable, although it did get quite hot at night. the kitchen was well-equipped, but lacked pots, so we made use of the BBQ for dinner. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hostel Warmoes war wirklich super! Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Zentrum von Amsterdam. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar und wir konnten die Stadt voll und ganz genießen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich und sauber. Die Duschen waren modern und hatten immer warmes Wasser. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen!

Unerfreulicherweise gab es keine Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck sicher aufzubewahren. Das war etwas umständlich.

The staff at this nature reserve are incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging for guests to dress up in traditional Swazi clothes. The spacious and beautiful rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the food is delicious. The knowledgeable guides offer fantastic safari experiences, allowing guests to get up close and personal with lions, rhinos, and giraffes. The camp is set up in sections, ensuring a safe environment for walks and bike rides.

The water heater in the rooms could use some improvement.

I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere at Hlane Royal National Park. The absence of electricity made for a truly magical experience. The paraffin lanterns provided a touch of light while maintaining the serene ambiance. Being a light sleeper, the complete silence was a dream come true. The guided safari trips were easily accessible, and we were fortunate to spot numerous rhinos and lions during our adventures. We even had the incredible opportunity to observe rhinos and hippos from the restaurant, right by the watering hole. It was an unforgettable experience.

Almost perfect.

The atmosphere and wildlife at this camp were phenomenal. I loved watching the traditional dances after dinner, and the water hole was a show in itself with rhinos, hippos, wildebeest, and linyala passing by. The Rhino Tour with Johannes was also outstanding. The camp was full of life with birds and deer. The lack of electricity in the bungalows was not an issue, and the staff provided petroleum lamps and candles for a cozy night.
