the hotel truly exceeded our expectations during our romantic trip to falun. the staff's dedication to traditional swedish hospitality was exceptional, and the included breakfast and dinner were amazing. the spacious and clean room added to our enjoyment, making it a great choice for both business and vacation trips. we can't wait to return to falun and experience this wonderful hotel again.

We had the most romantic weekend escape! the hotel had amazing complimentary snacks and drinks available upon arrival. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the beautiful sights of the city. We also enjoyed the relaxing sauna and whirlpool in the basement. And the best part of our stay was the included evening meal, which was absolutely delicious and such a great value.

That our room was a bit small for two people, but we managed just fine. it could get a bit noisy during peak times as many guests were around, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Falun. The location was perfect, right in the center with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed like ironing facilities and tea and coffee-making facilities. I also enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub while watching television. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, spacious and clean room, comfortable stay. Fine breakfast, excellent food. Multilingual and friendly receptionist. Good soundproofing. Great value for money. Close to city center and transportation hub. highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
