The location of the hotel is fantastic, with numerous shopping places nearby such as the famous Nalli store. Additionally, it is conveniently situated close to popular shopping areas like T Nagar.

The checking process was extremely long and time-consuming.

Every time I stay at Accord, it truly feels like my home away from home. The staff at Accord Metropolitan in Chennai are absolutely wonderful and caring. They go above and beyond to make me feel included and welcome. Special thanks to the Front desk staff - Tanushree, Susmi, Kiran, Rajababu, and Sukumaran - for always making me feel comfortable and checking in on me. The entire staff at my favorite Chennai restaurant, The Brick Oven, deserves a big thanks too. Chef Arjun Bhat and the dosa masters Viswa, Saravanan, and Raja always serve delicious food. Dhanraj provides amazing fresh juices, Hari is the poori guru, Natraj makes the best blueberry waffles, and Devi, Lokesh. Hats off to the Housekeeping team, especially Padmanaban for coordinating and giving me an amazing view of Chennai. Thank you to this amazing team for always giving me a reason to come back to Accord!

The rooms at this Chennai hotel are well equipped and clean. There are plenty of food options in the neighborhood, and a great club, "10 Drowning Street," nearby. Don't miss the amazing coffee at the small shop across the street. The staff is also very sweet.

the spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services. the restaurant also did not disappoint, with an extensive breakfast buffet and a poolside snack bar for a quick bite to eat.

One minor issue was the presence of smoking rooms, which resulted in cigarette smoke occasionally wafting into my non, smoking room. Despite this, the hotel was quick to respond to any requests, and the staff were always cheerful and helpful.

The variety and quality of the food served at breakfast was excellent. There were numerous options to choose from, and the taste was top-notch. Another great aspect was the spa treatment. It was not only relaxing but also affordable, making it a perfect way to unwind during my new year stay. The hotel's location in the heart of the shopping district was also very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby shops and entertainment venues.

One of the downsides of my stay was the mosquito problem. It was quite severe, and I had to keep my room freezing cold to avoid getting bitten.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel situated in GN Chetty road, close to the shopping and party areas of the city. The room service was quick and pleasant, and the hotel provided good wifi connectivity. The food was amazing, especially the thin slice pizza. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent food.

During my 4-day stay, I found the staff at the hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. Mr Sukumaran, Sam, Lena, Tanushree, and Rizwan from Front Office were especially attentive and assisted me with everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. I was also pleased with the convenient parking and transportation options available. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing easy access to the attractions of this city.
