The hotel is centrally located and close to popular attractions. Rooms offer nice views of the city and have clean, modern furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine available at the reception, and laundry services are free. The gym is usually not crowded and can be used exclusively. it's a nice hotel with a reasonable price.

As guests with children, we loved the family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Kristoffer at reception who quickly became a best friend to our 4-year-old daughter. The hotel's central location near the old City Hall, river, and main bus stop made exploring Umeå with kids a breeze. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms provided plenty of space for us and our belongings, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty options, including enough plant-based choices for our vegan family.

We felt so at home during our stay at Comfort Hotel Umea City that we have nothing to complain about.
