I recently stayed at Grand Hotel for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting me when I had a medical issue. The room was a masterpiece, and the pianist in the bar created such a sophisticated atmosphere. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions and the central station. The breakfast was delicious and helped me recover from the flu. I will definitely stay here again if I visit.

The reception and porters were attentive. The room had a great view and comfortable bedding. The location is excellent, with a restaurant in the building. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking a lake was a nice touch.

During our stay at the Grand Hotel, we were amazed by the beautiful location and stunning views of the harbor and Gamla Stan. The proximity to City Terminalen made it convenient for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities like slippers, a hairdryer, and even a travel adapter. The bar was a delightful spot for a drink in the evening, with a sophisticated ambiance created by the talented pianist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a wide selection of high-quality options. We were also impressed by the quick and efficient response of the hotel staff when we accidentally left our passport in the safe. They immediately sent it to the airport, ensuring we didn't miss our flight. we had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

It is worth mentioning that the air conditioner in the hotel could be operated more easily and the taxis outside the hotel charged higher fares than usual. These minor drawbacks did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Grand Hotel was absolutely stunning. I made a last-minute reservation and was really happy about it. the room was fully renovated and modern with the best view for New Year's fireworks. the staff was always really nice and helpful, and the food and services were excellent as well. Highly recommended! the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very welcome and did not want to leave. the bed was so very comfortable, making it perfect for a wonderful rest before my journey home. I was lucky enough to have a view of the palace. It was an all-round magical stay. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was rejuvenating. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were facilities that we enjoyed very much. the treatment room service was rejuvenating, and we can't forget the body scrub that left our skin feeling impeccable.

There were some downsides to the hotel. the heated swimming pool was not what we had expected.

The staff are friendly and courteous, always ready to help. The breakfast is a royal treat, served with a smile. The hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need for a business trip.
