I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me when I entered or left the lobby. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning on attending an event at the nearby DPAC. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the downtown area. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The room had a fantastic view of downtown Durham, and the bed was so comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly shower gel dispensers. we had a great stay at Aloft.

This hotel is situated in a great location, right next to downtown and close to everything you might need. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is very helpful and kind, making sure all your needs are met. The room is well-decorated and comes with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious and features a separate toilet and shower area. You will enjoy the cool vibe of this modern hotel and the convenience of its location.

There might be some noise disturbance as the walls seem thin and you might hear some external noises.

The accommodations were pristine, and the staff was welcoming. The lobby even hosted live entertainment. It's an ideal location for theater-goers. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I'd encourage a stay here.

Great Location & Proximity to Activities: the hotel was conveniently located near various restaurants and activities downtown. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Reservation Issues: Unfortunately, we encountered problems with our reservation. the hotel did not have our reservation on file and we were given a smaller room for one night.

We had a fantastic view of downtown Durham from our comfortable and modern room. The lobby of the hotel was also very attractive. Plus, the staff, especially Quincy, was incredibly friendly and provided us with great information about nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being very convenient for our visit to the performing arts center.

There were a few drawbacks. The furnishings in the room showed obvious wear and tear, and the room didn't feel super clean.

The free coffee in the so-called breakfast was good. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the touristy places we planned to visit. the personnel were kind enough to suggest us some nice places to eat.

Oh my, the noise! We could hear everything from the floor above us, walking, talking, and even laughing.

There were so many amenities available such as car hire, dry cleaning, and wake up service. Our room had everything we needed including ironing facilities, a terrace, and a soundproofed room.
