The rooms are nicely set up with a kitchenette and a washing machine, which is very handy for longer stays. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is good.

The air in the room can be a bit stale, requiring the use of air fresheners daily.

I spent my new year vacation at a hotel in Pattaya and I was very impressed with the large and spacious rooms. Each room had its own kitchen, living room, balcony and bedroom with attached bath. Another great feature is the warm and friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable. the hotel was located near the main roads with easy access to transportation.

The gym facilities were inadequate and half-broken, making it very difficult to get a good workout. the room appeared worn out with old furniture, curtains, and appliances, and does not seem to have been renovated in a long time.

Great stay at Nova Suites By Compass Hospitality! The 2 bedroom deluxe suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The rooftop pool was a peaceful and relaxing spot to spend our days. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The front desk staff were helpful and improved with each visit. Excellent value for the money!
