The hot tubs were clean and in great condition, and the availability of all day fika was a great touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel valued during our stay. We also appreciated the good breakfast spread on offer.

The spa facilities let the hotel down as they were not properly cleaned, which was unpleasant. There was also a lack of privacy in the spa area due to its location. The bedroom was too warm at times but we did not specifically asked for it to be changed, and the extra bed provided for our child was not very comfortable.

The all-day fika availability was a delightful surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made us feel valued throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
