our hallway was a bit muggy (not ideal! ), but the suite was a pleasant surprise—spacious for two couples! the location made it easy to access theatres and shopping. The cleaning staff was exceptional. perfect for a fun trip!

this place is so comfy! the rooms are huge compared to other nyc hotels, and it’s nice to have a fridge and microwave to use. the staff is super nice and helpful all around, felt really welcomed. great location too, you can walk to so many fun spots like rockefeller and times square quick. also, loved the beautiful lobby, made it feel fancy.

only downside was the faint sirens at night, which were a lil annoying, and i wish there were more towel bars in the bathroom.

My room had a bathtub that had seen better days. The lack of shelves in the bathroom made it frustrating to manage my toiletries. Additionally, the coffee maker didn't have drinkable coffee left for me, which was a disappointing start to my mornings.

the decor was very dated and certainly not what you'd expect from a so-called luxury hotel. i thought i would receive complimentary milk for my coffee, as any decent hotel would offer—but no! i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't with those oversights!
