Great location in walking distance of Riverwalk outlet mall and restaurants on Fulton. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff, including friendly service from Ryan at the on-site eatery. The availability of nearby attractions such as Harrah's Casino and World War II museum is a plus. Staff members like Margarita, James, Doris, Angelo, and Jamal made for a pleasant stay.

Our hotel's location near the river and convention center made exploring the city convenient. The staff was helpful in giving us directions to the parades. The spacious room and clean bathroom and friendly service were enjoyable. The breakfast and amenities are perfect for families.

The parking situation was inconvenient.

I loved the complimentary book of the famous writer that I found in my room. It gave me a chance to read about a city's history and culture. It's a nice gesture that made me feel more welcome. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Omni Riverfront in New Orleans for a short business trip. The hotel provided nice, modern accommodations with clean rooms and a pleasant staff. The location was great, and I found a great price for my stay. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous, and the bar was a nice place to unwind. The older female bartender was amazing, keeping everyone talking and laughing. I appreciated the sense of security provided by the security guards and valet attendants, and the fact that you needed a key to use the elevator. The parking lot was conveniently located within walking distance, which was a unique feature that I haven't found elsewhere. a nice and quaint hotel with an old New Orleans feel and contemporary flair.

We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was superb, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location was perfect, as it was across the street from a mall and close to the Cruise port and Convention Center. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in this city. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The hotel location was very convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and convenient location.

The rooms at this hotel have an Old New Orleans feel with a contemporary flair. The staff is super nice, and the outdoor area is beautiful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options. Being able to walk to Bourbon Street and the trolley connections was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel was well-maintained and had a modern design, making for a pleasant stay.

One major disappointment was the unreliable WiFi. Despite multiple attempts to connect, only one device was able to access it. The staff's attempts to fix the issue were unsuccessful, leading to frustration. Another drawback was the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a sliding door that didn't close completely. Additionally, noise from other guests and banging doors in the hallways was bothersome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service from the bell staff/porters, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities were a great addition and made my stay more comfortable. I also appreciated the excellent location near great restaurants and other attractions.
