Absolutely loved the spacious room we got upgraded to! Everything was squeaky clean and comfortable—perfect for getting ready in style!

But honestly, waiting around felt like I was auditioning for a role in a soap opera! And if those toilet walls could talk, we'd have a whole drama series on our hands!

I stayed for a special event and was particularly impressed with the convenient access to numerous attractions, like the National WWII Museum and the vibrant Frenchmen Street, which made exploring the area a breeze. The standout for me was the local cuisine. the dishes at the hotel restaurant were delicious and showcased fresh ingredients, enhancing my dining experience. Despite some minor issues in the room, the warm atmosphere and superb service made my visit enjoyable.

Oh, that risotto at Fulton's? Pure magic! Each bite felt like a culinary adventure! Plus, the staff handled my requests like pros, making my stay feel just right. Oh, and a short walk to the WWII museum—what a gem!

Although I enjoyed my stay, the valet services could be more customer friendly. I had to wait in my vehicle while 3 members of the valet team sat on a bench.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the fitness center was well-equipped and conveniently located just a short walk from the French Quarter, making it easy to explore many attractions in the area.

However, the air conditioning in our room was inadequate during our stay in August, which was uncomfortable given the heat and humidity. Additionally, valet parking felt a bit overpriced, which detracted from the overall value. Despite these issues, the hospitality offered by the team left a positive impression.

We enjoyed our stay, especially walking back from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas with the family, making it easy to find casual dining options. The staff was very friendly and attentive, just like the bar crew who made us feel right at home.

In my wife’s opinion, a pool would really enhance the experience for families.

The staff was super friendly, especially Shay from valet! She really helped us feel at home and even sent me some cool spots to check out. The food at the bar was pretty good too. Just wish the air conditioning worked better. it was hot and kinda uncomfortable. Still, I'd come back for the service!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two senior valets who really stood out,, they got my car quickly and were super polite. I also appreciated the bellman who was personable and quick to help with my luggage, making it a little easier during my hectic stay.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but felt acceptable enough for what I paid.
