We loved how accommodating and helpful the reception staff and concierge staff were. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. The hotel's location was also a major highlight, as it was in the very center of the city, allowing us easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see, including the Old Town. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with lots of equipment and a large shower, sauna, and steam area. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had wonderful amenities and a great location. the room was well-appointed, with a large and attractive bathroom. the front desk personnel and concierge were extremely helpful in arranging dinner reservations and providing directions to nearby attractions. the hotel's staff were accommodating and the lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

The room temperature was set at 20 degrees C and could not be lowered, which made it too warm for sleeping comfort. the room was also located at the front of the hotel, and on a rainy night, the music from a bar across the street was annoyingly loud.
