I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the minimalist design of the king hotel room, with its impressive floors and rain shower, exceeded my expectations. the lobby provided a great atmosphere for drinks and music. the staff, particularly Razi, Eric, Corey, Michael. the location was perfect for walking to nearby venues and restaurants. All was good.

Attended a Cheer competition @ the Star Frisco and stayed here. Enjoyed a cool, clean, and relaxing stay with friends from Michigan. Convenient walking distance to various spots. Loved the minimalist king room with great amenities. Staff were kind and accommodating, quickly sorting out nearby rooms for our group, including valet service and late check-out assistance.

At my go-to spot, the helpful staff once saved me with bug spray. It ticks all my boxes: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, gym, indoor pool. Great for my business trips. No pets allowed, clean air, and no smoking make me happy here.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and other restaurants. The rooms are beautiful with modern furniture and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is amazing and the staff provide quick assistance when extra towels are needed.

The indoor pool temperature is not optimal and there are sometimes issues with items leftover from previous guests.

We loved this place! Its location was perfect, on an empty field but near shops and restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helped us carry our luggage. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities and hairdryer were very useful. The picnic area was a great spot to relax after a busy day.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our romantic escape memorable. They were very kind and helpful, especially Razi, Eric, and Corey. the hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and a walk away from a major attraction in the area. the water pressure and shower were excellent.

The pillows were not comfortable and the breakfast was overpriced. the HVAC in our room was not reliable, causing us to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature.

We stayed at the hotel during a cheer competition and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the venue and nearby restaurants. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was modern and the water pressure in the shower was great. I would recommend this hotel to others.
