We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for us as we were travelling by car, and the onsite parking was cheap and convenient. The breakfast selection was excellent - there was a wide variety of choices and the quality was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the family room option, which had an extra bunk bed for our two children. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

As for cons, we have no complaints. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is conveniently located near a center with a lot of different stores, making it easy to find everything you need. There is also a nearby shopping mall, perfect for some retail therapy. The tram station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to popular attractions like Liseberg or downtown. the open area in the hotel promotes a very social feeling, allowing guests to connect with each other.

The restaurant staff needs significant improvement in terms of responsiveness and customer service.

The convenience of cheap parking and the proximity to a nearby shopping mall were definitely a bonus. the experience was delightful and left us feeling very satisfied.

I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered both hot and cold options.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences. the parking situation was a bit inconvenient as the lot required a short walk to get to the hotel.
