WiFi was terrible. breakfast had amazing options.

I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and modern, providing a comfortable environment after a long day of walking through the old town. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelettes.

The housekeeping staff could use better training in hygiene practices.

the so-called superior room had a dirty balcony and outdated amenities, which was quite shocking for what is supposed to be a fancy hotel, I also had higher expectations—an upgrade or at least more toiletries would’ve been nice, not to mention the overpriced breakfast that was an absolute joke, I almost thought of giving a better review but just couldn’t.

The hotel is right by the old town—just a 5-minute walk to the shopping center! Our room had a lovely view, perfect for lounging around after exploring. Location, location, location!

The check-in staff could use a crash course in friendliness—what's with the poker faces? And the towels? Honestly, it felt like a game of towel fetch every time I needed a third!

we had an amazing stay at sheraton! the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything. the staff really stood out to us, especially when they provided toiletries since our luggage didn’t arrive. we also enjoyed the in-room massage service, it was so relaxing!

The hotel is ideally situated. perfectly between the bustling central train station and the enchanting old town. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a delightful range of options. the bar/lounge area was inviting, making post-exploration wind-downs enjoyable.

While the room was clean and modern, the check-in process felt a bit disorganized. a more prompt response during busy hours would enhance the experience.

Absolutely loved my stay! ! So welcoming and attentive, such a comfortable atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy bed and the peaceful atmosphere in our room. The hotel had a fantastic sauna and offered relaxing massages that were just what we needed. Just a heads-up, the shower could use some updating, but overall, we had a lovely experience! 😊
