The breakfast selection is impressive with a variety of delicious options including gravy biscuits, sausage, cereal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, muffins. The breakfast attendant works hard to keep everything clean and neatly displayed. The staff goes above and beyond, clearing tables and providing excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Courtney at the front desk, made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The indoor pool and spa area were beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the mall and restaurants. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the delicious muffins and great coffee. this hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Longview North was excellent! The lobby had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the cookie and chip bar, as well as the small cereal bar in the morning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked, and we appreciated the option of having a simple continental breakfast too. The pool area was clean, and we were happy to find out that the hot tub was fixed. The room we stayed in had a modern charm and was very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. We also appreciated the business center and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. our experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Longview North was stellar, and we will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the hotel. I slept soundly without any disturbances throughout the night. The high ceilings in the room provided a spacious and comfortable environment for our family. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The front desk personnel even accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor. The breakfast, while not outstanding, was sufficient to start the day off right.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

This hotel is perfectly positioned near numerous restaurants within walking distance, including Panera Bread. It's also conveniently close to the hospital and situated in the Loop area. The rooms are quite roomy and the beds are comfortable. In addition, the pillow choices were fantastic.

The swimming pool was freezing on the day I checked in, which was . It seemed to be working fine the next day, so I'm not sure why it was freezing initially.
