the bathroom is large and well designed, but furniture seems worn out and old. aircon control was faulty, making the room too cold at times.

The so-called luxurious atmosphere was quite marred by horrible food varieties at breakfast, as they relied on cheap, processed options. Also, the spa was closed for renovations, and I expected at least a complimentary access to another spa—just rude! Honestly, if I hadn't had such high hopes, I might have considered this ordinary. Almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

The Executive Deluxe King Room was stunning with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a luxurious private bathroom. Relaxing at the spa was bliss with a full body massage and sauna. Breakfast was a feast with delicious pastries. The staff were super attentive, especially the butlers who brought us complimentary treats. Loved the beautiful decor!

Had a mighty stay here for my birthday! The suite was grand and the staff popped in with a delicious complimentary chocolate cake. Only downside was the evening drinks at the bar. it was a wee bit crowded. Still, the jazz made up for it!

The butler service was on point, quick to fetch all our requests and made us feel like proper royalty. Brekkie was a lekker feast – Sous Chef Kamal really knew how to serve up some fab dishes. The room was super comfy, felt like home, but fancy!

Only thing was that the check-in took a bit longer than expected, but nothing too hectic.

We enjoyed the family-friendly activities, especially the Afternoon Tea for Kids. The staff was attentive, providing us with a comfortable stay, and the dining options were delicious. Our butler, Jasper, truly made our experience special with his thoughtful service.

My kids wished there were more activities tailored for younger guests.

The service was exceptional, especially the butler service, which felt personal—always there when you needed something. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the crowds of Orchard Road and close to the Botanic Gardens.

But the breakfast could use a bit more variety, as it felt limited at times. Also, the check-in experience was a tad slow, more staff might help ease the flow.
