The penthouse suite was worth the extra money with a kitchen offering bottled water and coffee. The location was great, just across the river from the old town, with a tram stop outside. The breakfast had a wide range of food and the gym had modern machines and free weights. The hotel attached to a casino allowed us to leave our dog in the room and provided dog towels. The convenient location had a tram/bus stop right outside and free public transport for tourists. The car park was underground with a lift to the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the bridge with a nice view, near the centrum. The rooms are small but modern and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are larger than others in its class. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of items. The hotel offers on-site parking and is close to the Kuursaal casino, which is worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious penthouse suite with a lovely big balcony. The hotel had beautiful outside areas and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location just outside the old town was perfect. a great experience at Swissotel. I would highly recommend it.

We were offered a complementary drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great for accessing all the main attractions, with a tram stop just a few steps away. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, it had a good selection of options and was a great way to start the day.

The room was a huge disappointment, it was dark and felt cramped. the view from our window was of a brick wall, which made the room feel even more claustrophobic.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was perfect for me, as I have family living in the city. the hotel provided me with a free app for public transportation, making it convenient and cost-effective to explore the area. the staff were friendly and the breakfast options were excellent. the bedroom was comfortable and the bar area, with its beautiful pond and cozy sofas, was a great place to relax.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better, just across the river from the Old Town and with a tram stop right next to it. The room was appointed with every amenity I could think of, including a comfy sitting area and a terrace with lovely garden furniture. Also, there were several dining options here, including a restaurant, snack bar and bar/lounge area which were great places to unwind in.
