The location of the hotel is ideal for those wanting to be close to the mountains and explore the Interlaken and Jungfrau area. It is pretty close to the train and bus station, allowing for convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, with cozy beds and pillows that ensure a comfortable stay. The views from the hotel, especially from the second-floor balcony, are exceptional and provide a glimpse of the stunning Swiss landscape. Guests can also take advantage of the free parking and enjoy exploring the nearby pathways and walkways.

The insulation between rooms could be improved, as some guests were woken up by noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is located just outside Interlaken, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms offer either a terrace or balcony, with the balcony rooms boasting a stunning panoramic view. The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the train station, and intercity train travel is complimentary. The breakfast provided is delicious and provides a great start to the day. Additionally, there is a fantastic pizza restaurant just opposite the hotel. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always willing to assist.

Felt like VIP guests, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. the free rail card was a great bonus, allowing us to explore the region without any additional costs.

the proximity of our room to the bins resulted in a constant bad smell, preventing us from enjoying the outdoor seating area.

Breathtaking mountain view from rooms, clean and friendly staff. Good location between Interlaken and Grendwalde. Rooms have everything you need. 5-minute walk to train station with free intercity travel. Great breakfast and nearby pizza restaurant.

The location was perfect, being close to the train station and the local supermarket. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms with the small balconies opening up to the garden were a lovely touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The basic amenities were all provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Alpine Inn in Wilderswil. the rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. We loved the amazing view of the Eiger Mountain and the countryside from our room. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the train station, making it easy to visit Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. the staff at check-in and during breakfast were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast itself was delicious and had a wide variety of options. we would highly recommend Alpine Inn to anyone visiting the region.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpine-Inn, which was upgraded to the Jungfrau hotel. the staff were friendly and humble, especially Meggie at the reception. She provided excellent luggage service and made our trip comfortable. the room was clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. the breakfast was delicious, and overall, we had a great experience. If we visit Interlaken again, we will definitely book this hotel. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality!

We had an amazing romantic escape in the Alps. the complimentary train tickets were a nice surprise and a great way to explore the surrounding area. the view from our room was breathtaking, with the snow-capped mountains in the distance creating a perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway. the location was central, with easy access to hiking trails and nearby villages. the restaurant offered delicious traditional food, and we especially enjoyed the fondue.

The interior of the hotel was dated and could use some updating. the sound insulation was not great, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
