The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping me with a mix-up in my reservation and promptly moving me to another room when I requested a bathtub.

The staff is amazing, always trying to find solutions even if they don't have any available rooms for early check-in or if there's an odor issue. The only downside is some signs of wear in the bathroom and a possible musty smell in some rooms, according to some reviews.
