I recently stayed at Hotel Ambassador during my visit to Zermatt. The staff provided charming service and the location was perfect, being close to the train station and ski lifts. The room was clean, comfortable, and furnished to a high standard. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a mini suite free of charge, giving me plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely spa and swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

My wife and I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Ambassador Zermatt! The view of Matterhorn was breathtaking. The living room, bathroom, and bedroom were all lovely and perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We even told Tanja that this was the best experience we've had in Switzerland. We will definitely be back if we visit in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the train station making it extremely convenient to access. Despite the close proximity to the railway station, the location is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff is friendly in addressing your queries and specific needs. The breakfast served in the hotel is amazing, with a widespread of local delicacies and fresh items. Ski room is modern and well-maintained with all the necessary essentials providing the perfect setup for the skiing enthusiasts.

The coffee may not be up to everyone's taste here.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a great location near the station. The staff at Ambassador were very helpful and friendly, and our room with a balcony had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The rooms were clean, bright, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy space after long days of hiking. The staff even accommodated our request for in-room dining, which was served beautifully. the hotel is a beautiful alpine retreat, perfect for winter getaways.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful during check-in. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The family suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of food and tasted delicious. The pool and ski facilities were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Zermatt.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the train station and close to the Gornergrat ski lift, shops. The newly renovated rooms had a great design, and our suite offered plenty of space with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. The hotel also had a large swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool, which we enjoyed after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and offered us a late check out so we could make the most of the amenities before leaving.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The close proximity to the station was a big bonus, especially considering the steep roads we encountered on some hikes. The breakfast and pool/spa facilities were great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern and clean, with a nice balcony offering a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Gornergrat station, making it easy to explore the city and access the mountain. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for dinner. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and the friendliness of the staff.

We had an amazing stay at Ambassador! The breakfast was perfect and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were empty so we had them all to ourselves. The balcony had a spectacular view of the mountains, and the beds were super comfortable. Even the later checkout was accommodated. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and recently renovated, providing a comfortable stay. the central location of the hotel was perfect, especially during the Christmas season. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast area was overcrowded, with limited seating and constantly running out of food. the bathroom space was too small, making it difficult to use without getting everything wet.
