The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, just a few metres from the public gardens and a short walk to the bus terminal or the main street. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful mosaic floors. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Etna volcano and the coast from the terrace on the fourth floor. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although basic, is filling and satisfying.

The bathrooms in some rooms have a slightly unpleasant smell.

We were thrilled with the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to the bustling town center, the beautiful Isola Bella beach, and even to remote beaches around Sicily. The maze of tiny streets made it impossible to drive, but we didn't mind exploring on foot. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly baked croissants and fresh fruit. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace.

The view from the terrace to Mount Etna and the sea was breathtaking. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its excellent location. It is situated close to the central bus terminal, making it very convenient for exploring different parts of Sicily. Additionally, being on top of the hill provides an amazing view of the surrounding area, including the sea and the city center.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Taormina and we had a wonderful time! the hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to local attractions and transport links. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning, with a selection of freshly baked goods and hot drinks to choose from. the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Whilst we had a fantastic time overall, there were a couple of issues that let the hotel down. the room was quite basic and could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel and rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The view from the room was incredible.

The location of the hotel was mind-blowing, super convenient to all the attractions and the bus station. The reception guys were jaw-droppingly kind and helpful, even upgrading my single room to a double room for the same price. The view from the terrace on the 4th floor was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama.
