We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with excellent fitness center nearby and Swiss park just a short distance away. The hotel staff was very welcoming and provided us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable heating system, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace with a dining table. We were also impressed with the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel had an array of recreational facilities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa and wellness center, and even BBQ facilities and a sun terrace. It truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to a beautiful Swiss park and an excellent fitness center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the view from the room is stunning. The hotel also has many facilities, such as a pool and a free shuttle service.

The internet connection is slow and limited, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on it for work or leisure activities.

I had a fantastic stay at Apart Holidays. The reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted me during my entire stay. On one occasion, I ran out of towels, but they promptly provided me with fresh ones. The location was beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and lake. The apartment was clean and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed having two toilets and a clean bathroom. The underground parking and the option to visit the aquapark were added bonuses. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool within the resort, complete with slides and a whirlpool. I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Apart Holidays and would highly recommend it to others.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The sofa bed in the apartment was not comfortable for sleeping, but the housekeeper kindly provided me with an extra bed.

The location of the hotel was great as it was near the city center and had easy access to other attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one. the room was cozy and had a fireplace which made it perfect for Christmas and the free hot chocolate they offered was a nice touch.

The pool area was overcrowded and we had to wait for a long time to use the facilities. the pillows and mattress were not comfortable, leading to a poor night's rest.
